St Helens Folk Dance Club

All are welcome to join us whether you are experienced dancers or complete beginners. All dances are "walked through" to ensure people are familiar with the moves, and then they are "called" during the dance. The objective is to enjoy the music and dance and have some fun in a social gathering.

We meet most Wednesdays from 8.15pm to 10.30pm, dancing to recorded music, at UNISON ("Nalgo") Social Club, Bishop Rd, (Dentons Green), St Helens, Merseyside.
We take a break in the summer.

There is no joining fee nor annual subscription but just a small charge of £1.00 each evening you attend, and this includes light refreshments, and the UNISON CLUB has a bar.

Directions to UNISON Social Club
Approaching from the town centre, go up the one-way system, Dentons Green Lane and at the top turn sharp right and come down Greenfield Road, and finally turn left into Bishop Road. The club is on the left opposite Wynn Road.
